Specifications and Design
Material Deadline: All material must be submitted and approved for by the publication month you intend to advertise in, this includes vouchers, advertisement adverts we may create for you and stories.
Publishing Dates: Our magazine is published and delivered every 6 months to each region. Artwork deadline is by the end of each publishing month listed on the Schedule and are printed and distributed at the end of each month.
Advertisement payments and accounts: Prepayment via online payment is required to reserve your placement for each edition. If artwork is not received before cutoff, credit will remain on your account to use in a subsequent edition.
Supplying your Voucher information: Upon checkout you will fill in a form requesting relevant info for your voucher. Please submit this carefully as no proof are supplied for voucher submissions, Terms and Conditions supplied are proof read for spelling errors, but not content. On receipt of your order you will be required to submit your logo file via email to info@locals.nz
Supplying Your Advert Print Ready: Please supply your files at the selected advertisement size in CMYK and 300dpi ready for print. Please export as PDF/X with 5mm text exclusion zone. Email files to info@locals.nz and specify which region and edition.
Designing Your Advert: Please supply all logo files, pre-proofed text copy with contact details and images for our team to quickly design and proof your advertisement back to you.
Supply information by Email:
1. Logo - high resolution 300dpi or vector PDF or both.
2. Ad copy and contact details as a text document.
3. Images - 300dpi or higher .jpegs at the intended print size.
4. Email files to info@locals.nz and specify which region and edition.
Please supply a small brief or request our designers to create something. All advertisements will be emailed to you for sign off or edits before we go to print.
