Rosacea is specifically challenged skin and is believed to be more of a problem with the vascular system.

Clinical stages of Rosacea are facial redness flushing and persistent redness with visible blood vessels may be apparent on the checks, nose and neck area.

This is Couperous, there can be numerous reasons for this condition, the most common being genetic traits, photo damage, environmental damage, alcohol consumption and menopause.

Telangectasias can be present too, this are Bumps and pimples that can look like acne and may appear in clumps or clusters.

Scientific studies have found that there may be other causes to Rosacea.

The Demodex mite can be present in the hair follicle and can lead to irritation causing the follicle to swell and form pustule - like - lesions.

Rosacea should be treated very gently according to the degree of its condition.

In clinics we would use Oxygen treatment, cocoa enzymes, gentle glycolic peels, and intense pulse light therapy (LEDs).

The best home care is to avoid using too many products onto the skin, keep it simple, with increased hydration and Ph balancing as your key treatment.
