Proudly Bringing Natural Pain Relief to Kiwi Families for almost 20 years
Oringinally this natural pain relief product was developed in 1993 in Australia by the Finnie Family who noticed that there weren’t many Natural products available, hence they developed their own for the people who relied on Natural Healing Products. This product also became available in New Zealand via the Kyle Family, Trish Dave, Megan and myself Robin, proud of the family business. Originally Trish was the main driver behind it, but at the same time she was introducing the microfiber cloths to the New Zealand market which also became very well known throughout the country.
For 15 years their natural pain relief balm was sold mainly in Invercargill which slowly over time became more and more popular by word of mouth.
Not realising its potential we struck an embarrassing moment one year, which was due to a delay of stock coming in from Australia, not realising how well it would take off at a 2 day craft show, we literally ran out. We quickly realised the need for this in New Zealand and saved face by taking orders we could later fill
Since then the business has rapidly grown further via word of mouth and the occasional trade show.
In 2012 Trish was unable to continue, so Dave carried on with the product and I occasionally helped out when I was able.
Dave finally finished up in 2012 due to ill health and Karen and I carried on with the legacy. By then already 1000s of people had used and enjoyed it and the word was out there.
Come April 2021 our supplier applied for a licence for us to be able to advertise on all social media platforms. We jumped through many hoops for aprroval under New Zealand Law at the time, but managed to get it over the line. By May 2021 Karen and I finally became agents for New Zealand & Pacific Islands to distribute and we have now expanded to having our own dedicated sales team who are just as passionate as we are.
Among the challenges we face these days with Covid, our focus remains to let as many people know about our natural product. We enjoy what we do and we are passionate and proud to look after our clients. We hope to see us around.
