The founders, Deb and Paul Burbidge, had experienced the frustration of exorbitant prices and somewhat unfriendly service from some other workshops when seeking a partner to service and warrant the dealership vehicles. 

Determined to change the status quo, they set out to establish a workshop where all customers, no matter whether male or female, old or young or what country they are from, whether they are driving a $1000 car or a $1,000,000 car, would get treated with kindness and respect, and their concerns would be listened to.
